Special Events

Throughout the year we hold various special events. Watch here for any that are coming up soon.

TEDDY SLEEPOVER

A fun time was had by all at our Teddybear Sleepover. Many of the children brought their teddies, complete with beds and settled them in the school's cafe for the night. You wouldn't believe some of the mischief they got up to!

Lots of families returned on the Saturday morning to have breakfast together and a bit of a laugh at the antics of the teddies. Here are some photos of what turned out to be such a lovely family event.

Photos to follow soon......

Day Trip to Donkey Sanctuary and Sidmouth

A coach load of our children and families visited the Donkey Sanctuary on a beautiful sunny day in June. A good time was had by all. Thank you to the Great Torrington Town Lands charity who provided a grant for the club which covered the cost of the coach.

ALLSORTS' Got Talent

Once again the ALLSORTS and ALLSORTS PLUS children and teens showed just how amazing they are at our annual talent night on Friday 9th February. Friends and families crowded into the hall for an evening of entertainment ranging from magic tricks to singing, break dancing to . Reactions ranges from laughter to near hysteria!

Have a look below at some of the brave young ones who faced the audience.

Journey Stick Hunt on the Commons

Saturday 23rd September saw a group of us tramping around the Torrington Commons looking for treasure to fix to our journey sticks. Along the way we climbed trees, crossed the stream by any means, except for using the bridges, and found a rope swing to swing on and get very wet!

We finished off the afternoon with toasted marshmallows.

Thanks to all who came along, parents and children, and to those who got the fire going for us AND kept it alight!

Can you see Robin's stick with the most items collected and Jess's which was the most imaginative?
